Your team is losing hours every week to processes that systems should handle.

We find what's slowing you down and build the systems that fix it, so your team can focus on the work that actually grows the business.

No commitment, just a conversation.

The problem

You already know what's slowing things down.

Your team is capable, the process isn't

Hours every week go to chasing data, assembling reports, and fixing what should run itself. They're running the operation instead of growing it.

One resignation away from chaos

There's someone on the team who holds everything together because no one else knows how. When they leave, it all leaves with them.

The systems don't grow with you

More clients, more projects, more complexity. The same manual processes trying to keep up. What works now breaks when the volume grows.

Our approach

We start with the problem, not the product.

Improve, then Build

We start with what's actually costing you time. Sometimes that means improving the process before we build, sometimes building the right system around the one you have.

I've built internal systems that replaced manual work across manufacturing, sales, and operations. At Petco, I led agile delivery for global engineering teams on the pricing and promotion systems used across the entire business.

Every role showed me the same thing: capable teams held back by processes nobody had improved. That's why I started Lintworks.

When you work with Lintworks, you work with me. No handoff to junior staff or account managers. We take on a limited number of projects at a time. It's the only way to stay involved in every one.

I've been on the other side of this. I know how draining it is to fight software that works against you instead of with you, losing hours every week to tools that were supposed to save time. That's what drives me: building systems that genuinely work for the people using them.

Frequently asked

Questions we hear most.

Most clients don't, and you don't need to. You usually know that something is slow, manual, or breaking, even if you can't name the fix. The first conversation is where we figure that out together and decide what's worth building. You just come to us with the problem, and an idea of what you want if you have one.

We'll tell you directly. We only send a proposal when we're confident we can help.

We build your process into the system, not a generic template on top of it. When the tool matches how your team already works, it becomes the easiest way to get the job done.

Every project has a fixed cost, scoped to what actually needs to be built. You see the full price before committing to anything. No surprises.

It depends on scope and complexity. You'll know the timeline before you commit. We work in stages so you see progress early, not months into the project.

You do. Everything we build belongs to your business: the code, the documentation, the knowledge. You're never locked in.

Your operation won't improve on its own.

But it doesn't have to stay this way.
